Mr Pickens does not appear to be knowledgeable in his field.he creates diagnosis and treatment plans in your record but don't tell the patient. Dr's the paper work to make himself look good. Has no apparent ability to help determine a patients problem in real world conditions Doesn't maintain a professional attitude. And seems to have questionable ethics.
