It's important to thoroughly explore different options when seeking medical care. During a recent experience, we encountered some challenges with Dr. Porras’ office. We sought assistance with paperwork required for renewing a commercial driver's license. However, without reviewing the forms, Dr. Porras and his office manager assumed they didn’t have the certification to fill them out. Despite being the clinician treating the patient, Dr. Porras insisted he wasn't the appropriate person to fill out the form. He refused to review the form or consider whether he could fill it out, stating that he was too busy and that no one would pay for his time to do so. I have been a patient of Dr. Porras for a little over two years. I am a complex person with different health conditions. During each appointment Dr. Porras has been extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of my concerns and executing them correctly and compassionately. I am so beyond grateful for he and his staff. They all have my heart.
