One of the most caring doctors I've known!
I no longer go to Dr Ritter because I moved out of Miami but he was indeed one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors in the Center for Arthritis & Rheumatic Diseases. He had my Osteoporosis under control and I trusted his expertise. I also liked the CARD staff and the doctor's as well. Although I was never treated by any of the other doctors at the Center, anyone can trust all the doctors there are excellent professionals in the field. I miss Dr Ritter so much!

Ignored my concerns.
Dr Ritter is great for explaining bone health and treatment protocols. However, he refused to acknowledge my chronic pain that years later was diagnosed as fibromyalgia.

I've been going to Dr. Ritter for about three years. He is the first doctor who was able to recognize my rare autoimmune disease and come up with an effective treatment plan to help me navigate what had become an excruciating existence. He often works through lunch to try to accommodate patients who might be flaring up as walk-ins, is always happy to answer questions, and keeps up with literature and treatment options as they develop. He is an amazing rheumatologist and going to see him changed my life!

Great doctor, very personable and thorough. I have been seeing him for over 10 years now. Just one word of warning: the wait times can be TERRIBLE, regardless of the time of day. On several occasions I had to wait over two hours. And the front office staff could use a few lessons in etiquette and manners. They can be somewhat curt, almost to the point of being rude. BUT the doctor is great!

We never saw the doctor---only the PA. She was efficient---we have not received the results in writing yet. However, the office staff was very rude and `condescending to the patients. One elderly lady was told her referral was not in and should call her doc. She did not have a phone and was then told to use a hall phone, The poor lady was very flustered and upset. I went forward and helped her call from my phone. The front desk could care less--they were awful !!!

Excellent and experienced doctor. After years of going from specialist to specialist, he was able to accurately diagnose and treat me. He's patient with me, listens to my complaints and answers all of my questions. Although it is a busy office, I did not feel he was rushed.

Very nice and professional. Friendly. Smiles often. Takes time to listen, even though it's a very busy office . You need to book your appointment at least 3 weeks in advance if you want to be seen by Dr. Ritter instead of the PA, who is also very nice.
