Ear pain
I was able to make an appointment very quickly. The doctor took time to listen to my symptoms, then carefully explained what caused the problem, what he was going to do, an carefully explained how to use the drops and described next steps

Efficient in person, extremely slow response time
It only took me a couple weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Roach, which is great for the medical providers in the area. He was decently on time and took good notes of what I was saying. He was efficient in his diagnosis, exam, and recommendations for next steps. But he's very slow at responding to follow-up messages and I'm not 100% sure I trust his diagnosis.

Dr Roach is an excellent doctor. He’s very friendly, informative and caring. He explains everything he’s doing in layman’s terms. He did a Eustachian Tuboplasty on me and I felt no pain after I awoke and had zero complications. I recommend him highly.

I have surfers ear and Dr. Roach explained this condition thoroughly and even drew a diagram for me of what the inside of my ear looked like, which really helped. He did not seem rushed and answered all my questions. I have total confidence in him. thank you!

I had my tonsils removed this past March as an adult - Dr. Roach was very professional, answered all my questions, and made me feel prepared and fully educated for this procedure. I feel better than I have in years - haven't gotten sick since. Thank you Dr. Roach!
