Dr. Jeffrey Rosenberg, MD

I’ve been trusting Dr. Rosenberg for more than six years, and was always pleased with the service. In the last year, Dr. Rosenberg has been frantically opening new offices, and no longer sees his established patients at all. In fact, most of the seasoned staff have been moved to new offices, leaving only fresh-out-of-school young PAs (kids) to run the place. Four months ago, I missed an appointment, and was therefore determined to be “fine” without the meds, and was told I would need to agree to a “procedure” before they would resume my meds. I asked to speak to Dr. Rosenberg or, at minimum, the PA who had been overseeing my care for the last 5 years, but was denied that option. It was obvious I was being punished. Even worse, even though I was told my meds would be renewed at a lowered dose for one month, they neglected to do even that. No warning and no lead time for me to arrange care with another provider. Beware of this formerly well-run practice, now shabbily run.

He performed the wrong procedure indicated for my daughter and she incurred complications afterward that could have been life-threatening. He did not do his due diligence in her treatment and she suffered because of it. We will never go back

What a truly great experience I had today at Prism. Dr. Rosenberg and his staff took the time to fully address my concerns and offer new treatment options. I leave feeling like I have found some solutions to my medical issues that will make a significant difference in my life. All of the staff were helpful, pleasant and patient. I would highly recommend Prism and Dr. Rosenberg.

Good Dr. But, be careful about your billing. Statements are confusing and unclear. I have paid an entire balance off only to receive a bill 6 months later with charges that are 18 months old. Billing people acknowledge that billing procedure is a mess and that several patients complain but nothing changes. They are used to people paying without question. The kicker for me was that I was to required to provide payment up front before treatment would be given. I have never been required to do that before and I have been to a lot of doctors. The hassle with the billing mess has caused me to seek treatment form another Pain Management Clinic where their billing is clearly stated and accurate. I am only one patient and I’m sure it doesn’t matter to Dr. Rosenberg that I have moved on. He has lots of other patients.

Staff is always professional and friendly Dr. Rosenberg is a wonderful doctor -- friendly, knowledgeable and personable.

I want to thank Dr Rosenberg stimulator it works well. I am more Mobil then before I had the Scs placed in. He has a wonderful and pleasant staff.

Prizm Pain Clinic, horrible,I am disabled so Ins. Medicare & they would not even open the door & let you back without payment, receptionists talked loudly to about $ in waiting room even though I addressed this problem over & over. I was treated like poor trash on Morphin 2x's Norc 10 3x's denied meds. unless I paid $50 no show when I cnx. appt. on reminder call. I was very upset afraid of withdrawal told off PA that RUNS BELLVILLE OFC ALONE! Was told by him I couldn't pay copays for procedures!

I had radiofrequency ablation done on my back in October of 2017. Worked out great. Back on the ice playing hockey again. Thank you Dr. Rosenbeg!
