Dr. Jeffrey Wilde, MD

Dr. Wilde and his staff are the nicest, most caring medical people I have ever known. He replaced my hip and was extremely careful to explain all aspects prior to and following the surgery. His staff followed up with me by phone and email with great tenderness. My hip surgery required a high amount of skill and is now working beautifully. I am so happy and grateful that Dr. Wilde is my doctor. He gave me my life back.

Dr. Wilde performed a bilateral anterior THR on me in Apr 2023 and then A LTKR in Dec 2023. He has the best bedside manner, takes time to listen to patients, is considerate and caring combined with highly skilled in his fields of expertise. I would highly recommend him for joint arthroplasty. I am so grateful for him giving me my active life back!!

Dr. Wilde performed a total left hip replacement on me using an anterior approach. He was straight forward in his approach, did not push me to get the operation initially and tried other options before going to the last resort. The surgery was done on a Friday and I was up and walking two hours after he closed my incision. Once I woke up, the pain in my hip from the bones grinding together was gone and I only had to recover from the issues associated with the surgery (pain, swelling, numbness, bruising etc.) I walked with a walker for two days, then a crutch for 1 week and since then have been walking unassisted. I have a desk job so I was able to return to work 10 days after surgery and I am now 8 weeks post op, feel great, and pretty much fully recovered. Dr. Wilde and his team had great attitudes, and all took excellent care of me during this entire ordeal. I cannot recommend him highly enough...if you need a hip or knee replacement, go see the wizard at Scripps Green.

Dr. Wilde performed an anterior right hip replacement in Sept. 2022. I had been experiencing significant pain in my right leg as well as limitations and limping. All of my symptoms were gone post operatively! Throughout the process, Dr. Wilde was communicative and empathetic, and all of my concerns were addressed. Immediately after my surgery I walked with a walker. I went home the next day and used a walker for six days; then I started walking without any aids. Dr. Wilde arranged for a physical therapist to come to my home, which was very helpful. Four weeks later and I am pain free and walking my neighborhood everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wilde for your hip or knee issues!
