Dr. Jehad Miqdadi, MD

After 20 plus years of colonoscopies, Dr. Miqdadi deemed me to be at high risk for colon cancer based on family history and previous polops and insisted that I continue the procedures past the normal age (70?). So, when I got the form letter suggesting scheduling a procedure, I made plans to follow his advice. Well, he found a small tumor which was ultimately removed and deemed to be early stage one, requiring no chemo or radiation after surgical removal. Couldn't ask for more! Most impressed that he dumped his initial findings on my wife and my still partially numb brain after the colonoscopy without sending her into a panic. Perfect bedside manner! He has my highest recommendation. If not my life, I certainly thank him for sparing me from much more serious consequences.

Dr. Miqdadi was professional, and thorough about explaining the procedure. He made me feel at ease, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. It was a very positive experience. His staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Having previously relied on William Lipp, MD and Dorothy Trubisch, MD for my GI management, I was pleased to find Dr Miqdadi when the latter changed her mode of practise to hospitalier. He is knowledgeable, up to date and analyzes my individual situation. He listens well, examines my clinical data in the context of my diagnosis. I expect that my GI management remains in good hands now that I am relying on him.
