Brushed off, ignored
Dr. Pan listened for about 5 mins, just long enough to refer for 2 tests to rule out some issues, but not the 1 we suggested based on symptoms. He never followed up with results, by phone or appt. We had to call for them. Results were negative (as expected). When asked about the issue we wanted testing for, he flippantly replied that a dietician nutritionist was his suggestion. He refused further testing, my kid continued to lose unnecessary weight. We got a new GI, who listened to the symptoms & ordered the proper testing. My kid had what we thought, was treated, & has returned to a normal weight & a healthier person. 0 stars, don't recommend Dr. Pan
