Dr foot is very knowledgeable staff was very kind comforting and also knowledgeable.

I connected with Dr Foote through ER. I’m from Detroit and had a kidney stone attack while in flight to Atlanta. I was immediately at ease upon meeting Dr Foote. She “handled” my issues surgically and more. She was friendly and patient and was a calming force in a very stressful time. My wife and I are very grateful for her support and feel blessed to have met her under the circumstances. I highly recommend her to anyone and I can’t thank her enough for making a harrowing experience as positive as possible.

Rating should be 5, successful surgery but 3 post-surgical messages were not returned by nurse. Resuming blood thinner after surgery should be a priority especially when patient is elderly. Took 2 days to book appointment, assured at booking nurse would call, very disappointed, Dr. Foote came highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Foote by my gynecologist (Dr. Dolan) for recurrent bladder infections that have resulted in 3-4 infections per year...for over 40 years! Dr. Foote collaborates regularly with gynecologists in the Atlanta to provide care for post menopausal women. I feel extremely fortunate to have (finally) been referred to Dr. Foote. She and her team are highly skilled, knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and efficient! After all of these years, I finally feel as though I have a doctor who will work with me until this thorny problem is resolved. What more could I ask for?

Dr. Foote is a excellent surgeon, but something changed in the last 15 yrs. I did return to Dr. Foote for another problem. Dr. Foote wanted me to pay ($1500) for a procedure, that I knew my insurance payed for. I went to the hospital for the procedure, without out of pocket cost. The person I met 15yrs ago, is not the person we see today. What happened? Is there a lack of appreciation for your customers? FYI: the front desk is a representative of the physicians. The behavior has been approved. I have a neighbor who had cancer and surgery with Midtown Urology. He left the practice due to the inability to get intouch with the surgeon. Collect the cash and pass.

We were recommended by the oncologist to Dr Foote. We reached out multiple times to set up an appt and the answer was always “call back”, “we’re in clinic”, “leave a message (left 2 messages on 2 occasions)”, “I know you were just on hold 22 minutes but can you call back tomorrow”. That’s what I was asked on my 7th attempt. I’m sure she’s great, not sure her office Mgmt is up to speed.

Best doctor around! The wait was a little long but my husband was a new patient she took her time answered all of our questions it was worth the wait!

If I could rate her less than a zero I would. She has to be the worst specialist of anything. She has been my brothers urologists for some time but he rarely ever saw her because he was doing well. He recently got sick and needed her services and we were able to see how truly awful she is. She performed his surgery and then never even can to see him in the hospital (and he was there a month). She almost cost him his life by sending someone untrained to perform something (he almost bleed out). And her after care/continued care is non existent. Her staff rarely even returns calls. If you have the option I would suggest picking another urologists.

Dr. Foote listened to the reason I came to see her. She then very calmly and with assurance told me how she was going to help me. When I left the office, I felt as though I had already been healed. My symptoms have been present for over a year and a half. I have begged my gastroenterologist for a CT scan or MRI. She ordered that scan. I already love her.

Customer service is incredibly poor at this location. You wait for over three hours. The wait staff hung up the phone on me. This place is fraudulent. They over bill and should have their medical license REMOVED!!!!!! They require you to schedule additional office visits for no actual reason when results can be given over the phone in order to bill you for more money. This is a fraudulent practice and should not be repeated. It takes advantage of individuals with insurance. I am ashamed.

Dr. Foote is an amazing, trustworthy physician. She is thorough, has an easy and comforting beside manner. My aging mother presented with an urgent situation. Dr. Foote's manner calmed our fears and more importantly she addressed my mother's issues with the best of medical care, reasoning and appropriate urgency. Her office staff is generally friendly and assistive. If Dr. Foote states she or her staff will call, they do so until you are reached. We greatly respect Dr. Foote!

This is my 2nd visit and probably my last. I arrived on time but I was not seen until an hour and half after the appointment time. I understand that emergency situations occur. However this just seems to be a case of overbooking and being inconsiderate of people ‘s time.

Dr Foote is actually very friendly but it's impossible to get in touch with her or get an appointment. I never get a call back no matter how many messages I leave. The staff than answers the phone will transfer you as you're in the middle of a sentence trying to explain something. It's awful. I would not recommend to friends or family for this reason. It doesn't matter how good the doctor is if you can't get past the staff to get an appointment or a call back.

Started going to hear a few weeks ago so far I am LOVING her!! she works with people with disability and is totally understanding I have been dealing with kidney stones for a while now and Instead of just treating the problem she wants to help figure out what the problem is

Appointment times are non existent at her practice. The front desk staff are far from professional, even discussing patients after they leave their appointment. There is no time frame for appointments, nor is the any coustesy to explain the ridiculous time sitting waiting for the staff to call one if the several charts waiting to be picked up , the least amount of time was an hour and a half, and that was a scheduled procedure, an office visit will have you waiting for about 2hours. Pathetic!

In past years, we have been very pleased with Dr.Foote. She is an excellent urologist, however her availability has gotten worse and worse. Her office is courteous but no one ever answers the phone, no one ever calls back when you leave a message. Dr. Foote does not follow up on calling when she said she would. Long wait times, and mostly you'll see the PA, not her. I need a doctor who I know I can reach. I've been very frustrated, so sadly, we are leaving. I cannot recommend this practice.
