I recently had my doctors visit with Dr. Chungafung last week. She’s my favorite Dr. to see. I just found out today that she no longer works at the West Covina location. Does anyone know her new location? I want to transfer to her new location. She’s a great Doctor.

went in to get a physical and she was asking me very personal questions about my mental health and my sex life. she kept asking the same questions and I gave her the same answers but it seems like she didn't like what I was saying. She was also really pushing me to try something when I told her that I already did and didn't like it plus I wasn't interested at the moment. She asked what my insurance was, looked at my info then said "oh your one of those". yeah, I'm switch doctors

If follow you Dr. Chungafung's directions you will get better. She follows up on everything, if you miss a lab test her office will call you. I actually look forward to Dr. visits with Dr. Chungafung. She is one of the only doctors I have seen that leaves me with the impression that she really cares about the outcome of her prescribed treatment.

Dr. C asks for unnecessary procedures and tests so that she can get kickbacks. I received a bill when she said I would not be charged for a test she mandated. She consults patients with the door open which violates HIIPA. I've never seen anything like this. She is in it for the money, not for the wellbeing or privacy of the patient. I would never recommend and will not be going back.

It is impossible to contact the doctors office directly. You call the Westlake call center and it takes way too long to speak to someone. I have called and asked to speak to a staff member but told all I can do is leave a message. It took 3 days to get a call back. I also received a prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy and I just found out it was never sent. I now can't get my prescription filled because now the office is closed!!!!
