Dr. Choi was fantastic! She was so thorough, and spent time to talk through each of my concerns and make a clear plan. I was very impressed with how great of a listener and communicator she is, and am very grateful I was able to get this appt with her!

The warm welcome from the receptionist was awesome; and we were immediately checked into the system. The medical assistant was very caring, effective communication, along with being professional while going over the list of prescription medications on the computer. Dr Choi has excellent bedside manners, compassionate, great communication skills, and called the next day ~ grateful for her compassion.

I saw Dr Jenna Choi in a video visit because my PCP was on vacation. She was attentive, thoughtful and patient with all my questions. Importantly, I did not feel that she was in a hurry to end the session even it was late on a Friday afternoon.

I really appreciated that I was able to see Dr. Choi so quickly (i called and got an appointment the next day). This was the first visit I had with her and she was caring, respectful, and a great listener. I especially appreciated that she verbalized each step of the exam before she did it so I was prepared.
