My Experience
I see Dr. Brown every few months. I feel like I have a bond with her. She's awesome, treats me like I'm a human and with dignity and respect. She listens to me and doesn't prescribe medication if it's not necessary. At my most recent visit, she was kind of disgusted like I was when I mentioned that it took forever for my former GYN's practice to let me know what to do about a problem I had. She also was glad I was able to have a successful robotic GYN surgery done by another GYN. She spoke highly of the GYN doctor who did my second surgery.

I wish there was a way to leave a less than one star review. The care my 90 year old mother received was substandard and the nurse at the office is rude, and dismissive. A doctor from this practice sent my 90 year old mother to the emergency room based on a number on a chart and was unwilling to speak to me (her healthcare proxy) or her geriatrician who ordered the test. This doctor had never laid eyes on my mother, had misinformation regarding the need for emergent care and I was told by the rudest person I have ever encountered that "The doctor won't speak to you". Upon arrival at the emergency room the attending physician said quote "why are you here? We don't provide any treatment for a number at that level and your mother is completely asymptomatic. The fact that the doctor and nurse sent my 90 year old mother to the emergency room and exposed her to covid is nearly criminal. The fact that they were completely unwilling to discuss her care is infuriating. STAY AWAY!!

She barely look at the patient. I took my Mom there twice. She is the worse. She should be ashamed of herself. I have never seen a doctor where the entire time she was in the room, she had her back to us.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for about 7 years. She sees me when I need to see her in a hurry, and reminds me when I haven’t seen her in awhile. She answers all my questions and refers me when needed. She is very comfortable to be around and inspires my trust. Her office staff is very good about taking care of me.

Dr. Brown was very rude and abrupt with me. I was a new patient, and she asked why I was taking certain medicines. When I tried to answer her she cut me off in mid sentence saying she "didn't want a story". She didn't give me a chance to explain my problems, and because of that wouldn't renew my meds. She is without a doubt the worst doctor I've ever been to. I would not recommend her to anyone.
