Sometimes waiting time is longer. Best to go in early. Mostly clean provider with educated staff. Sometimes short handed though. Been going here for 30 years and satisfied with service.

It’s hard to get a return call from the staff. Going to the office her staff is great. But I’ve never met my doctor.

I didn’t think healthcare could be this bad…
Wish I did more research before going to her. Somehow she’s affiliated with NWM and I trusted that. BIG mistake. Hours-long waits well past your appointment time to spend less than three minutes with her if she’s even in the office. She asks nothing about you before pushing blood tests for no discernible reason. Refuses to refill pretty basic and routine prescriptions without coming in every 90 days for more blood tests and wellness checks that no other doctor has ever requested. Extremely dirty office and very loud due to the staff yelling every conversation rather than talking like normal people. Front desk is rude and they keep all of your medical records with all the other patients’ spread out on the front counter for anyone to see. Refuses to communicate with the pharmacists and allows prescriptions to lapse for weeks at a time without any explanation or communication with the patient. I honestly didn’t know healthcare could be this bad and I’m surprised she’s still practicing.

Horrible practice, staff could care less about patients. Can’t get a refill on Metformin, super long wait times an hour sometimes 2 to see a practioner. Awful place. Please don’t go here.

Dr.Jennifer Bellucci and her staff are the very best.im 65 and have alot if doctors. These offices are caring and capable. For me its family,that's how they make me feel.all the offices offer the same service an care.!! My Antioch office have quality people and care. Doctors are caring and ask all the right questions. Personal.

This is a scary place to get your medical care. One physician runs 4 offices with all nurse practitioners that are poorly trained. I an educated nurse who has practiced for 20 years on public aid now because of a series of serious diagnoses, injuries, and surgeries. When I complained about a prior authorization for a stomach medication I need after 10+ phone calls and countless conversations, the receptionist said "Don't complain to me. You are on public aid. You don't get to complain."

This office is terrible. I have been taking my daughter here since she was newborn (one yr now). Not only is it dirty and takes at least an hour to get in for our appointments, the staff is uneducated and inconsiderate. They have brushed off small concerns i have had about my daughter, directed me to people who have nothing to do with a problem we had. I also found out, after taking my daughter to every check up shes needed, they have missed scheduled shots. We are finding a new dr n wont return

Dr. Bellucci is a good doctor. She is well informed to old and new medicine. Wish she could spend more time with her patients. The offices are not kept very clean. Nurses don't disinfect rooms after patients leave. Floors in rooms are pretty filthy. You can tell they are not washed daily. Sometimes you have to wait 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room to see her. Once you get in it's a quick in and out.
