I always feel heard and never rushed
I really appreciate that she always addresses issues from past visits and checks to make sure things are improving. I feel that she is willing to take the time to work through things.

I have had several primary care physicians over the years, and have never had a better experience than with Dr. Biggerstaff. She seems very patient-directed. She is willing to inform me of problems and consequences in a holistic way, and then allows me to direct the care. She always spends a lot of time with me. I've never encountered another doctor who is willing to engage in email discussions, and she always follows up very promptly. It is sometimes hard to get a quick appointment.
