Horrible

I’ve been having severe complications with my cycle but want to get pregnant. Her condescending questions were an insult and she never gave me any context to why she was asking. Zero relevance. She never booked my follow-up exams for tests and just seemed uncaring. Zero bedside manner and just all around cold.

I would not recommend Dr.Biggs. She used to be really good but recently she doesn’t look like she cares for her patients as much. I waited in her exam room for about 45 mins and another 30 mins in the waiting room. I clearly saw her in her office. There is a sense of awkwardness sitting with her. Dr.Biggs takes AGES to reach(more than couple of days), good luck trying to message her and getting a response. You’re trying to get pregnant? She could careless. I told her several times that I was trying to and it’s been a year since my partner and I have been trying (I have PCOS). She said I’m fine and doesn’t even care to make sure if I’m ovulating or not. She asked me more than twice which birth control do I want, even her nurse called me and asked despite knowing I’m trying to get pregnant. Please don’t go to her for fertility issues or anything. She looks miserable too...

My expeirence with Dr. Biggs was fusturating and really had me upset. I had just seen Dr. Biggs for routine prenatal care and we discussed doing the NIPS bloodwork screening, it just so happened the lab was so packed and it was at least an hour wait, so I decided to leave. I ended up with a severe headache over the course of the weekend, and my intentions were to go to the lab to do my prenatal workups. However, due to the headache, I ended up coming in for treatment. Met with Dr. Biggs who was completely dismissive, and a little condescending. I just so happened to make sure my genetic test was ordered, after looking around my chart she turns and says it wasn’t ordered at my last appointment. So of course, I was annoyed. Then her CA calls me and lies to me and says I have to change my follow up appts, bc Dr. Biggs panel was closed. I looked on KP.org and she’s one of the first available, and completely tried to inconvenience me as my 5 wk check up was already schedule. Shame on them!
