Had my first appointment with Dr Bump today. She is very thorough in her patient interview, exam and explanations. Exceptional bedside manner, made me feel very at ease. HIGHLY recommend. I have never received such level of care. Front desk staff and nurse were also excellent. I was early for my appointment and was seen within a few minutes.

Dr. Bump has been my OBGYN for several years and recently delivered my first child. I couldn't speak highly enough of her. She is extremely knowledgable and has an awesome bedside manner. She speaks about issues in a calm and friendly way and always puts me at ease, never seeming rushed. She came for my baby's delivery in the middle of the night, even though she wasn't the on call Doctor. She checked on me throughout my hospital stay. She even hugged me at my 6 week postpartum check up!

Had an appointment for Dr. Bump. There was an accident on 59, and this is in a notoriously high traffic area in the medical center. I called ahead saying that I might be 30 minutes late. They said that it was OK, so I continued to their office. I got there, I had to pay for parking, and then they decided to wait until I walked into the office to tell me that the doctor will not see me because I wasn't on time. She can make you wait indefinitely, but lacks any compassion when you are running late

I only saw this doctor one time. And her midwives are really not that concerned or detail oriented to even notice. It takes over thirty minutes to get through on the phone, you get transferred ten times before getting the right department. You wait over an hour before being seen, this is the most unprofessional office I've ever experienced. No one has a clue what they are doing nor do they care. Patients are obviously NOT the first priority here. They care more about their stupid school of med
