Dr. Cook , MD is one of the kindest, patient and knowledgeable doctors we have worked with. Diabetes is tough and if your family member is diagnosed - you are in the best place with Dr. Cook! :) Our son was diagnosed in Kindergarten and he is thriving as a Sophomore at Iowa State. Customer service is terrible! Long wait times on phone, rude receptionists and wouldn't get us in for 1.5 months when we communicated that our son was completely out of his diabetic supplies! Wonder if they'll pay for his ER visits!

I was a patient of Dr. Cook for 16+ years. I am beyond grateful for her knowledge and expertise. I had was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and graves disease at age 5. My thyroid was removed at age 6 and she was amazing for my mom and myself. She answered any questions thoroughly and was welcome to phone calls when different issues came up outside of my regular check ups. She was extremely personable and knew my sisters by name and regularly asked about them as I grew older. Highly recommend :)

My daughter has Hasimotos and Dr Cook would not even consider the possibility of treating her. Modern technology has proven that TSH is not the only factor in treating thyroid disfunction. She was abrasive and my daughter didn't like her. Dr. Cook is not up to date on current metods of treatment for people with the thyroid anti body. Epic failure.
