The best!
I had Dr. Cooper for all 4 of my pregnancies. She delivered two of my babies and was incredible every time I had her. She is personable and kind. She always addressed my concerns and never rushed me. I always said to my husband that if we didn’t live in the area anymore but needed her services I would fly back to see her, that’s how much I like her. She’s great and so is the hospital.

Unprofessional/Rude/Untrustworthy
She was 40 mins late to my appointment and had an attitude. Made me reschedule since we didn't have time to do the exam, because she was late!!! That should've been my que to leave. Then she put my personal statements into my notes after visit, that had absolutely no business going into my chart for other providers to read!

Rude and uncaring
Saw and communicated with her multiple times regarding an urgent health concern. Constantly complained about having no time for me and having to work late in order to address my health issue. Told me I was asking too many questions and wrote offensive and accusatory notes in my patient file. Misdiagnosed my condition and wanted to pursue a very invasive treatment plan. Which ultimately landed me in the ER where I received a correct diagnosis. Stay far far away from this doctor if you value your health at all.

I had Dr. Cooper perform a scheduled C-section (personally my second) and she was fantastic. She is sweet and understanding and came to check on me unlike the doctor who performed my first c-section. She was thorough and detailed when explaining recovery and I would hands down recommend her to any pregnant monther.

Dr. Cooper treated me like a diagnosis, instead of a person. As a pregnant mother, I had lots of questions and concerns I wanted to discuss with her, but she focused exclusively on one small aspect of my pregnancy. She was heavy-handed with her advice and made me feel stupid for wanting to discuss options instead of simply following her plan. I only wanted to have a conversation and feel heard; instead I left this practice feeling dehumanized and defensive.

Failed to understand condition. Disregarded specialist direction and treatment plan, substituted her own treatment which specialist has already inform both patient and doctor that it would do only harm, no good because of condition. Only recorded her entirely wrong opinion in medical records and now we are fighting the same battle at a new practice.
