This practice could care less about people, they made us wait three months for an appoint then canceled it! They refused to accommodate rescheduling and told us we had to come at a certain or not come at all! Explained to Kerri the ER doctor consulted a neurologist and recommended an MRI, they ordered the test and once I went to schedule the MRI, the hospital informed me they canceled it! I called Kerri , she said she didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes and didn’t no what test to order

Awful experience and awful practice, everyone was awful! Called and told them I had been in the ER and they recommended further testing, I was told to forget about further testing which they refused to order! Her PA googled my symptoms and read me what google recommended!

I feel Dr. Douglas "goes by the book". Everyone has a unique medical history & that should be taken into consideration. I stayed with this practice for a long time because I like familiarity. But the care I received was less than I expect. I know my body better than anyone and she once told me "I can't help you". I recently changed to a practice that does listen and is willing to meet my health needs.

She was the worst doctor I have ever been to. Very rude and abrupt. Kept rolling her eyes at my daughter when she was explaining her illness. Then punctured her ear, it began to bleed , and she left and sent in a nurse (or someone who looked like a nurse) to try to stop the bleeding. She never returned to the room Went to an ENT specialist and the inside of my daughter's ear looked like "ground meat" as the ENT described it. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

I feel that I am not treated with respect. The Office Staff are excellent, just don't care for the nurse practitioner. I feel that she does not like me, might be my race. I will be looking for another practice where I can feel safe and valued as a patient
