She initially switched me off of an anti psychotic onto a medication which wasn't even for my condition & had incredibly adverse side effects. We tried to schedule several followup appointments, which all were canceled with no notice & were lied to about attempts at contacting us. After going off of that med on my own, we managed to get a phone appointment & get a new medication, and another after that, both of which left me traumatized from the side effects. 0/10 would not recommend.
