Dr. Jennifer Hale, DO

Great listener, good at explaining her thought process and why she recommends what she recommends. Spends a good amount of time with you to understand what's going on. Highly recommend.

Dr Hale has a genuine concern for me as her patient. She took time to make sure she understood my particular situation and carefully explain her goals and plan for my most beneficial treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

After three weeks of trying to get a Rx refilled, pharmacy contacting Dr. office multiple times, plus my two phone calls, I was told my request was denied because I "didn't do something".... When asked what specifically that "something" was, I was told "I don't know" by the staff person. I've never before had a Dr withhold needed medication without a proper explanation in what seems to be a type of "punitive gesture", especially since I've used the medication in question appropriately long before seeing Dr. Hale. While she seems competent, the communication stream with the physician and the referred sources that I called for additional appointments was VERY poor to confounding. In fact I only received a copy of a report this doctor ordered many months following when I asked my GP if they had received it when I was being seen for a unrelated issue. While this experience may not rise to the level of malpractice, it certainly seems to be a dereliction of the Hippocratic oath.

Dr. Hale is incredible, I have been a patient of hers for years. Dr. Hale confirmed through evaluation, polysomnogram and MSLT that I struggle with type 1 narcolepsy. She is genuine, kind, and excellent at explaining information. We went over treatment options and all of my questions were answered. She really does care about her patients.

Dr. Hale is very nice and thorough. She makes sure you know what she means and let's you know what you need to do to get better.

Dr. Hale and her staff are friendly, efficient and helpful from the time you walk in to office until you are checked out. Dr. Hale takes her time to listen and provide in-depth answers to questions. I would recommend Dr. Hale and her team in Meridian.

Dr. Hale is thorough and competent. Sleep Medicine is not an easy "sub specialty" due to its' "in-exact" nature. We were able to discuss my issues and she explained a couple of various courses of treatments in an easy to understand manner. The office of one of her treatment referrals was very poor at communication and I have yet to proceed with that specific treatment due to the lack of communication however, but that is not a reflection of Dr. Hale and her practice, which I found very good.

Dr Hale made an evaluation to determine whether I have sleep apnea. based on my history, physical conditions and other factors, it seems likely I do have sleep apnea

Dr. Hale is amazing she was very thorough and I felt like she was genuinely concerned about my sleep behavior. I also made a mistake about the time of my appointment and actually showed up late but she very understanding and was able to see me anyway. Thanks so much!

Dr. Hale is awesome! She was my primary physician many years ago & when she became a sleep medicine doctor I had to find another primary care doctor. It was so good to see after so many years!

She was excellent in explaining information that was all new to me.

She's been fantastic each visit...listens and explains data until you grasp it. Definitely a role model for the profession and would be a tremendous mentor to young or those challenged in social skills and customer service.

Wow! I wish Dr. Hale was available for all my medical needs! It was grand to talk with a physician who gave no indication that there were other patients to be seen. It was like I was her only patient for the day and she was 100% focused on my needs, concerns and understanding. I received complete answers to my questions in as much detail and at an understandable level for me. All her staff were very professional, courteous, and cheery; from phone conversations to the standard weigh-in and BP.

Dr. Hale herself is nice and knowledgeable. You only see her once. Office staff do follow up are courteous, HOWEVER, their system of follow through in ordering oxegen or testing,I give them an F. It should not take 2 1/2 months to be set up on home oxygen or PFTs. Tests had to be repeated because it was longer than 30 days due to office incompetence and failure to follow through in an acceptable manner. It cost me extra time, driving, visits, and money. I called repeatedly &finally got it done.
