From dream to nightmare: I used to love Dr. Hepp. Unfortunately, everything declined since she partnered with the Snooks. Over time, it became tougher to get appointments with her. I got used to sub-par physician's assistants (while still paying the same amount). RX refills became tougher to get processed properly. When I did see Dr. Hepp, she used to smile and care. The last time I saw her, she had a cold straight face, showing no care at all. The front office staff is horrid. I frequently did not receive my results, but my wife and I both received messages with other patients' results. They have a HIPAA document they show you, but their actions imply that they don't care about the law or your privacy at all. The final straw came when they sent MY bill to a different person with the same name for multiple months, but when I discovered this and tried to pay the bill, they wouldn't let me pay my own bill as it was in collections.

Test results “lost” after being sent 3 times by the testing facility. Assistant kept telling me she’d have results. Three weeks later-nothing!!! Office manager never called back. Lies are all I get. I just want my freakin’ records. Do not go to Dr. Hepp.

Not an “integrated” medicine doctor unless you consider dispensing pharmaceutical drugs integrated. Instead of addressing the root cause of medical issues, be prepared to be given drugs to mask your symptoms. Lab work is often lost and the doctor is no proactive in rectifying situations or reporting lab results in s timely manner.

Dr. has sat on my test results, her assistant has been stonewalling me. By weeks end I had confirmed with the lab that Dr. Hepp's office rec'd and DAnna resentfully read the results to me.The report left out crucial info. I asked her to get that info and was stonewalled. None-the-less Dr. Hepp was referring me for a surgical consult and would take no action to seek further info from the Radiologist. The referral was to a Pro-Life/Abstinence clinic.When I asked for referral to another she said no

Dr. Hepp is an exceptional primary care physician. She is a wonderful listener, takes a personal interest in her patients, has a great sense of humor and keeps up to date on the latest health advances. As an osteopath, she treats the whole patient holistically. It was sometimes difficult to get an urgent appointment with her, although the PA or other staff providers were often available.

Dr. Hepp really listens to her patients, is very knowledgeable, and has properly treated every ailment I have seen her for. I have seen her for about 7 years, my husband and brother see her, and I have recommended her to three friends who are all regular patients of hers as well. As an added bonus, she is very skilled at chiropractic care too.

Would not recommend. Dr. Hepp talked down to me, a 19 year old female, when it came to my IUD options. She made the experience uncomfortable when it was that way to begin with. It was though she was judging me for being sexually active (with my one and only partner) at my age. After this appointment, their office never called me back with my test results and the disclaimer papers "were lost in the mix of everything". Will not be going back to this disrespectful doctor and assistant duo.
