Although the greeting at the front desk can be a bit intimidating, actually meeting with Dr. Hersch is an absolute pleasure. The ladies at the front desk aren't rude, per se, just make no effort to be personable. Once you get to your appointment, however, Dr. Hersch is always warm and welcoming. She has a great knowledge of her field and explains her methods and tactics to her patients which really put me at ease. It's nice to have a psychiatrist that actually listens and helps you understand.

She is absolutely amazing at listening to what the patient is saying, and truly giving psychiatric care that is both brilliant and in the patient's wishes.
