Try to see someone else
I saw Dr. Hillman at Habif for [symptom] of [condition I was already diagnosed with]. Instead of addressing my physical issues, she leaned heavily into the idea that it was all in my head, and I should really be looking for mental health treatment. This was, ironically, harmful to my mental health, all while my physical health went untreated. I would recommend trying to see another of Habif's doctors if you can!
