NOT IN THIS LIFETIME WOULD I RECOMMEND!!!!
After being Dr Jennifer Horn’s patient for more than 10 yrs and having made a verbal contract with her in our introduction appointment where she was asked if she could handle my case, she agreed and said yes, sent me a formal letter throwing me out of her practice for mistreatment of staff and misuse of pain med. she implies I am an addict. She fails to recognize my memory problem. Or that it happens with other meds. Or that it’s more often I’m left with too much medication not too little. And apparently I’m not allowed to loose medication in my bedroom bc of bad memory due terrible car accident. As far staff is concerned she doesn’t mind listening to them but wants to hear nothing of their bad behavior. B4 the last sit happen to turn to PTSD episode, I asked to leave the call twice. The person insisted on playing dr. Get a degree then talk to me! Saying the words sympathy and empathy don’t make it so! And the last I want all those hours I waited4 her back. Glitter is not gold.

I was a patient of Dr. Horn for over five years. I was discharged from the practice citing non compliance for overuse of the ER. I did not receive a letter. I only found out after I emailed the doc and was met with that information in reply. I went to the ER from the advisement either her office or the specialists I see. I could never get an appointment quickly enough with her or they would reschedule my appointment. I don’t think she is a bad doctor, but this kind of treatment was really disappointing and forced me to have to find a new GI, new gyno, new rheumatologist since they all were out of the same group. She was not great at follow up with my specialists to be the leader regarding my care plan, which was also frustrating. If you’re not medically complex and don’t need follow through, she is great.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a dr like Dr Horn before. I completely trust her, respect her, and admire her. Not too many people do I feel this way about. She explains when I do not understand. She laughs at my jokes. She makes something difficult easier. I could keep writing. But the point is she is the best medical doctor I’ve ever had. And I would recommend her to everyone. She is worth the wait!

Waited 45 minutes BEYOND my SCHEDULED appointment and had to leave. Less than a month later waited 65 minutes BEYOND my SCHEDULED appointment at 11AM. Doctor started seeing patients at 9AM and was already an hour late for appointments at 11AM. Contacted the office expressing my disgust with what has been occurring recently. Was advised by staff stating I should see another doctor if I was not happy. Guess what, I am now with another practice.
