My experience with Dr. Jacobs was one of the best ever. She was very informative, caring, understanding, patience, and made me feel safe.

Caring, Informative, and Attentive Doctor.
Dr. Jacobs was the best decision I have ever made. She took great care of me during my pregnancy and motivated me during my delivery. She was attentive, available, and informative. Every visit I had with her she answered all of my questions, cleared my head of any concerns I had about my baby, and encouraged me. She encouraged me during my delivery of my healthy baby girl, and kept me calm. I was able to deliver quickly, and with a very small tear. Her staff in office, and in the hospital were phenomenal and I will be continuing to see Dr. Jacobs for any of my future pregnancies, or ob-gyn needs. I highly recommend her, she is a no frills doctor and will be straight forward with you from the get go. 10/10.

I have been seeing Dr. Jacob's for over 10 years. I have no regrets coming to this office. I have delt with some personal issues and she has always taken the time to listen and offer assistance. All labs are done in office, which is great. Her receptionist Tiffany is awesome. It does take awhile to receive a call back from the nurse in regards to concerns, but this is a very busy office. Have patience they will call you that afternoon to hear your concerns and call you back that day or the next.

I love Dr. Jacobs! BUT I can’t handle waiting 1-2 hours just to get called back for every visit. Sadly I am finding a new office. Also her nurse is not the friendliest.

I went to Dr. Jacobs with my 7th baby as I was high risk and am so glad I did. The on-call Dr. who has there did not manage my labor well and my uterus ended up rupturing. She couldn't find the bleed and Dr. Jacobs came personally and found the bleed. She is a very compassionate physician and for the last 20 years I always get a warm greeting. I am a surgical nurse myself so I know that time is limited, she makes the time, We have to remember its an office, not a concierge service.

Hot and cold to say the least and nurse is extremely combative and rude. Don't expect a call back in a timely manner. Pain, vitamins and any request to by you or to insurance you'll be treated as a inconvenience. Prepare to be there over an for about two hours unapologetically and see the doctor for longer the 3-5 minutes. Get familiar with Mayo Clinic, live strong, what to expect when expecting and baby center websites as that is where you will get the basics of your knowledge of pregnancy.

Dr. Jennifer D. Jacobs was our DR for 3 pregnancies, as well as a miscarriage. She was not there for the 3rd C-section it was a dr that was on call that had to take care of us. The miscarriage was handled very poorly. We are pregnant again and since the last experience was not so pleasant we decided to try a few other DR'S and decided that they weren't for us and we should just go back they told us NO because we switched Dr's that they didn't want to see us again. Very poor customer service!

I highly recommend Dr Jacobs. I've been going to her MANY years. When we were pregnant with our first, we got a "cold shoulder" response for the first trimester. My husband encouraged me to give her a chance. I'm so glad I did. When it came to delivering our first and all of them since, she has made the delivering experience absolutely wonderful. Even we had a miscarriage, she was compassionate and helped with our loss. The staff is great.

Do not consider seeing Dr. Jacobs if you are pregnant with your first child and might be overly emotional. The staff is out of sync with one another and no one can answer questions correctly, and the doctor is NEVER available and impossible to get through to. At a time when I was experiencing a difficult 1st trimester, this doctor and staff were completely cold and absent. I was forced to find a new obgyn who saw me immediately, diagnosed me and helped me end this sad chapter.

I have been w Dr Jacobs for over 2 yrs. She actually has the best side matters ever. I am not sure if it has to do with the fact that we are over 60's. But she is kind to our feelings and makes sure that the meds are going to work before we go and spend money on them. I actually was seeing another Dr was not happy with her. I was recommended to see Dr Jacobs because of her manners. Sorry for those people who feel differently. But she is a awesome Dr.
