The office was extremely cold, both the waiting area and the exam room. Dr Lawrence seemed nice at first but would not listen or explain her decisions. My history and prior tests did not mean anything to her. This was a follow-up exam and all she would say was, "you are fine". I was not fine and another endocrinologist discovered the actual issue by running a test that Dr Lawrence said I did not need. (When I had asked her about that test at my first appointment, she said, who is the doctor here?") Endocrinologists are hard to find but I will not be back to this one.

No Patient Care
I’ve waited 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time to see the PA! I only saw Dr Lawrence on my initial appointment and after that there was really not much real patient care and waiting time past appointments was always horrendously long! I went elsewhere for better care!!

Never again. There is no discussion, there is no real conversation. Any attempt to ask questions is met with high-speed talk. At the first visit, I was literally shunned for not yet having had the vax. The Dr. walked out of the room and announced to a staff member in the hallway that the room had been compromised. At the second visit, I was forcefully told "you're fine" because tests showed I did not have the tumor they were looking for. Lab results showed out-of-balance hormones, but that did not seem to matter. Two years ago an ultrasound from her office confirmed a goiter. I've seen it in my patient portal but to date, no one, not even Dr. Lawrence, has said anything to me about it. I will now have to travel a great distance, but for peace of mind, I will.
