Excellent, caring doctor
Dr. Philbin has been my PCP for 5 years-since my husband and I moved to Wisconsin. She always takes the time to listen to me and engage me in dialogue. She discusses various treatment and medication options with me. That can be complex since I have several health issues and am dealing with a new diagnosis of LBD. I'm thankful to have her on my medical team.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Saw her when she was at Group Health, I was refused proper treatment and diagnostics. Wrote in to her with ALL THE SYMPTOMS OF vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) - because I was having a STROKE, also acquired autoimmune response, among many other problems (acute liver and kidney). GOT NOTHING. Left her and went elsewhere. NOT GOOD.

Did not send in strep test--Discovered this on a later visit after I had been sick for months. Several office visits over four months, and I never got better, never got medicine. Felt like I was not taken seriously. Turned out that I had mono. I was so tired and worn out and sick for months. Then, doctor would not return calls to discuss lab results before I had surgery. Either she refused to call me back or her assistant did not pass on message. Never spoke to doctor before my surgery.
