Dr. Jennifer Reitz, MD

My GS I seen was out of town for my gallbladder surgery and got me with Dr Reitz! Let me say not only is HE but Dr Reitz, her assistant Tiffany, and the whole team or staff of theirs is UNTOUCHABLE and was told to me at hospital when Dr Reitz was coming she was one of the best in the area!! I’m SO EVER ETERNALLY grateful and looking to repay back and show my gratitude, gratefulness, appreciation, & more with Dr Reitz & the rest! Not only life extension but she is superbly professional, humane, understanding, sympathetic, and more!! I just hate it’s been so long since my review and Dr Reitz office staff even helped save my life again after surgery discharge when local pharmacist OD’d me on POTASSIUM when my script was for Folic Acid and over the phone they KNEW something was wrong and I followed their advisement and am still here TODAY!

Dr Reitz is excellent, caring, kind. She explains everything thoroughly. Unfortunately her staff is nonresponsive. They never answer the phones and have a message telling callers not to call them multie times. If they would answer the calls and assist patients nobody would need to call again.

She listened and cares. My experience was vastly different than previous Doctors.

Dr Reitz took care of a cyst for me that my Derm wouldn't touch. Looked at it, told me what she would do, and because it worked with my insurance did the minor surgery in the office the same day.

Saw Dr. Reitz in office; she ordered a CT to have a better look at bilateral hernias. Surgery was done a few weeks later. Everything went great. My recovery could not have gone better. Dr. Reitz is kind & compassionate and an excellent surgeon. She patiently answered my many questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and extremely competent surgeon!

Dr. Reitz is a caring doctor, excellent surgeon. Answered all my questions and had the patience to wait as I scanned my brain for more. She's the doctor I researched and glad I went with for my procedure. Her and her team did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend Dr. Reitz and Advanced Surgical Associates enough. Hopefully, I don't have to come back, but in case I do, I would trust them with my care once again.

I had my hernia done by Dr. Reitz and had a million questions about the procedure and she took her time to explain and answer all my questions. After knowing what all the procedure entailed, I felt at ease with moving forward and in the end everything turned out great. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Reitz is very personable, professional. She explains procedures in layman's terms and is very willing to answer your questions!I would recommend Doctor Reitz wholeheartedly!

The office staff is wonderful, some have been there 15 years which says a lot. Dr Reitz is a very capable and skilled surgeon, and she answers all your questions and concerns. She is also very friendly!

I was referred to Dr Reitz from my PA as we started testing and found out I had breast cancer. Dr Reitz was amazing throughout the entire process. She was proactive in her communication in letting me know what to expect and keeping me informed along the way. The number of times she called me herself to give me results and make sure I understood what was happening, is so appreciated. She took charge and got me going on testing, referred me to my oncologist, and also my reconstructive surgeon; and just in general made me feel very cared for and comfortable throughout my process of having lumpectomies and then finally a double mastectomy. Couldn’t have picked a better surgeon to take me through this. I would highly recommend her and will see her again if needed in the future.

Dr Reitz was caring, patient and well spoken in explaining exactly what she observed and recommended! She described exactly what I could expect after the procedure and what I could and could not do.

Dr Reitz did a fantastic job with my surgery and I'm extremely happy with how everything went from beginning to end. I was a bit nervous in the beginning but Dr Reitz put me at ease and she came across very caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I've never left a review for a doctor before, but I'm so pleased with the way my situation went that I just have to. Every step of the process from scheduling my first appointment all the way through the surgery center following up with me multiple times after my surgery was a great experience. Dr. Reitz was great and the staff and surgical center were just as great.
