It was disappointing because when I wanted to talk options, she was very judgmental and pushy of her opinions rather than providing benefits and risks of treatment. She was listening to respond rather than listening to understand. I wanted to work with her and make an informed, educated and consensual decision.

I would not recommend Dr. Rousseau. During my visit, she was very rude, impersonal, and unkind. She treated my concerns as if all she cared about was getting the job done. I did not feel welcome and I was not given the treatment I deserved. Dr. Rousseau was not professional and claims to specialize in pediatrics, yet doesn't know how to interact with children/tween/teens. I never want to see her or the Fridley Children and Teens clinic again. Their staff are not welcoming and are rude. Customer service is very unpleasant. The atmosphere is unprofessional and disrespectful . No manners, hospitality, or respect towards their patients. They act like they don't care about who they see. In all honesty, this was the absolute worst appointment of my life, so far...
