Dr. Jennifer Sasaki, MD

My visit with Dr. Sasaki was very helpful. She explained what my mammogram had discovered. She answered my questions in detail, why the procedure they choose, and recovery time. She is soft spoken and matter of fact. Her office staff was also very helpful, kind.

Dr. Sasaki is very thorough. She always has time for questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. She did a great job on my surgery 2 yrs ago. I would recommend her

Excellent and caring surgeon

Dr. Sasaki has been extremely thorough, provides answers to all my questions and is up front on my options with my breast cancer surgery. She discussed test results and options and listened to my questions and concerns. She's compassionate and caring and her credentials are impeccable. I'm grateful to have been recommended to her care.

This was a follow-up visit to discuss my mammogram.

Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor and her staff was horrible. They lacked kindness and politeness and assumed I was a repeat when I kept telling them I was a consult. Furthermore, even when I left, I said I would let them know and instead of them calling like they said they would, no one called for almost three weeks and said I was scheduled for surgery when at no time did I authorize any procedure. The nurse and the doctor had terrible manners and kept trying to make me feel bad for asking questions. The doctor even used hand signs to try to explain something she has supposedly performed many times. I would definitely not trust them if they have this much trouble communicating and refuse to listen to the concerns of the patient.

She is very good at explaining things to her patients and makes sure her patients understand what they need.
