Wonderful doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Stalkup for several years now. One of the things that I most appreciate from her is her willingness to go deeper when something doesn’t seem right and it doesn’t end when my consultation is over. When I mentioned some problems that I was having but my OB appointment wasn’t until various months after she assessed the gravity of the situation and call her three times over the next two weeks until she was able to reach her because she felt that I needed to be seen immediately. Most doctors don’t really bother to call another doctor they don’t personally know, at most they just send an email or a written referral or even ask their staff to do it for them and do not really follow thru. Her perseverance and concern of my well being really made me appreciate her even more.

I would give her 10 stars if I could. My husband had a melanoma diagnosis and Dr. Stalkup has walked every step of the way with us. Very caring, very helpful. Treats her patients like family. Goes above and beyond what you normally expect from your doctor.

She is smart, efficient and friendly. I refer everyone I can to her. She is worth the wait for the initial visit. If she is not available I love her PA just as much.
