Dr. Jennifer Zeidberg, MD

After having been a patient with the same office for 5 years, stumbled over a few mistakes of having the Pap test sent to the wrong lab, the front desk staff finally clarified with me that it was my responsibility each visit to 'remind' the front desk of my network lab, otherwise it would be sent to 'their network lab', which incurs a huge payment out of my own pocket, say over 500 dollars. If I forgot to remind them on time, the lab copayment would be my own fault. Based on this repeated incident alone, I am reconsidering whether to stay as their patient or not. They are definitely not working in the benefit or convenience of patients' interest.

First visit with Dr Zeidberg today. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Staff also friendly and caring.

Awful experiences. She doesn’t take my concerns seriously. It’s impossible to get ahold of her. Her front desk staff is horrible and says she call back but never does. Horrible service

Biggest problem I had was being able to get a hold of anyone. When I was in pain and concerned about the well-being of my child, it took nine days to get help. And that is only because I came down to the office unannounced and demanded a same day appointment with her.The second problem is the staff. I have never experienced such rudeness from someone in customer relations before. I had had enough by the time I left this office. Every time I called or spoke with the front desk staff they were curt, unhelpful, or would flat out give me misinformation. For instance, if I called to try and talk to the doctor and asked when she would be back in the office, I actually got "she'll be in when she's in." Or when I called and asked for my records I was told I could pick them up that day, but when I came in to get them they had completely forgotten, gave me attitude, and then told me it would be 7-10 days. That is unacceptable behavior. Would not recommend!

Dr. Zeiberg ia amazing! Been a patient for years, and I absolutely love her! Just be advised that you her staff are not the warmest bunch.

She was wonderful and very knowledgable.

She takes her time and really listens. She delivered my son and later when I needed an oophorectomy, she did that surgery. She spent time with me and my family and answered all of our questions. I wish I could take her with me when we move!
