Dr. Jenny Adams, DPM

This is an odd review admittedly, as I liked Dr. Adams herself a lot. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great personality with patients. I respected her assessment greatly and was happy I had to come to see her for an issue on my toe that would require a surgical fix. Her staff however, that is a different story. Called in multiple times per week over 6 weeks to try and schedule the procedure - with NEVER a call back from anyone. Someone's out sick, someone will get back to you, she's on vacation, I'll give someone a message - blah blah blah. Spent my time chasing them, only to find out after 6 weeks that they couldn't schedule due to facility requirements. I understood why - but I had to call 10 or more times over a month with never a return phone call - to find out they couldn't do it. I was told they referred me to another Doctor who would 'call me'. LOLOL Yeah right. Starting all over with another Doctor. Nice.

Office take care only about money, money and money. They don’t respect you, your time and your needs, they don’t care you have pain. When I came first time - new patient-right at first minute administration Asked my name and charged my card as co-pay, I didn’t sign any document and she didn’t see my ID, but payment was charged. I asked do you need ID- she told yes I can scan it…. After 45 minutes I knew that I didn’t fill out forms and didn’t sign any doc. But everything was paid!

I highly recommend Dr. Adams for podiatric care. She is very knowledgeable and gave me the treatment I needed to deal with the pain of plantar fasciitis. Along with her pleasant and caring staff, I would not hesitate to return in the future should the need arise.

Just want to say I’ve had everything from amputation to wound care with Dr Adams. She is great - concerned , effective , caring and knowledgeable. Office runs efficiently as well. Highly endorse Dr. Adams.

Dr. Adams is an amazing, caring physician. The surgery and follow up treatment and skin grafts on my husband's leg have been amazingly effective. I went to see Dr. Adams, due to a fall and hurt my ankle. I was very pleased with my experience at her office. The staff is great. Was in and out in a very timely manner. I would recommend her 100%. Went for my recheck 2 weeks later and had the same experience (Great). Thank you Dr. Adams for getting me back to my old self.

Very pleasant personality and caring manner. Dr. Adams treated my wife with respect and compassion when my wife was seriously ill. I enjoy chatting with her when I have an appointment. Her staff is just as pleasant and cheerful. Not to mention that Dr. Adams is an excellent podiatrist.

Dr Adams is a top notch Podiatrist with a terrific staff. I have been to 2 other DPM's offices in Naples over the past 4 years and have felt dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Dr Adams takes more than ample time with her patients and and answers all questions in a manner that any lay person could understand. I'm very glad I became her patient earlier this year.

Dr. Adams is pleasant, prompt and professional. Always greets you with a smile and devotes generous time curing your problem. Excellent staff.
