Positive Experience
Dr. Wong is attentive, thorough and took the time to explain things during my annual check-up on 13 December. I was called into the appointment on time, the nurse was prompt in taking vitals. I am very glad I made the decision to switch to Dr. Wong as my primary health care provider.

Receptionist is horrible. Dr is good.
The older receptionist was very abrasive for no reason. She’s been rude to me several visits. Before even hearing what I needed, she told me there would be an out of pocket fee, as if I’d not want anything after hearing that & would leave her alone. It was presumptuous, unhelpful, & abrasive. When I returned to her window with the forms she’d given me, she snapped at me that she was at lunch, as if I was supposed to know that. She was just sitting in the window, not eating nor looking like I should know she was on her break. They no longer require masks but when they did, it was hypocritical to ask patients wear masks while she had hers under her chin or not covering her nose. Today, she had her mask under her chin. Dr Wong might be an excellent doctor but her receptionist is not nice. She gives the whole practice a bad first impression.You might want to check Dr Oens reviews, who shares the same office & has multiple complaints about the same receptionist.

We are so lucky to have Dr Wong as our primary doctor! Our experience with her in the last 7 or 8 years has been exceptional. She is very compassionate & understanding. Always takes the time to listen & explain her diagnosis. Very professional. Thank you Dr Wong!

Dr Wong in my expericance is a rare doctor she takes all the time needed with a patient and she listens. She's everything I could have hope to found in a primary care physician. All my doctors should be this good. Thanks Dr. Wong
