Dr. Bruce zeroed in on my health issues, and there were several, very quickly. He immediately started getting the necessary tests and diagnosed my issues and fixed them. One was on ongoing problem that several other doctors couldn't figure out. He doesn't spend a lot of time listening but in the end I realized that he didn't need to. All doctors are not created equal and Dr. Bruce is by far, the best doctor that I have ever trusted my health to.

Never have I felt more judged, demeaned, and uncomfortable seeing a doctor than with Dr. Bruce. He did nothing but ask extremely intrusive questions about my personal life, and was more concerned about curing my career decisions than my health. He is very dismissive and will constantly cut you off mid sentence. Every time I ask a question about the condition that brought me into his office, he just wanted to know what everyone I know did for a living. He will go so far as to put extremely personal details that have nothing to do with your health into your chart for every other doctor to see. And instead of referring me to a specialist, he simply told me to take vitamins instead of prescription medication, and to seek expensive, ineffective alternative medicine.

Dr Bruce has always been spot on with any issues I've had to adjust due to having an auto immune disorder diagnosis several yrs ago. He listens. He's caring. He's empathetic.. He's a Christian man who sends me away with blessings at end of every visit. He takes his oath to medicine very seriously and it shows. He's very involved with many areas in the Healthcare world , always trying to focus on improving any problem areas for a better outcome for all. (Hospice, medical insurance companies,) He has a good soul. My Doc forever!

I went to Dr.Bruce a few years ago for abrupt abdominal/digestive issues. He really didn't listen to me during my first visit, wouldn't take my opinions seriously, told me I could have few different abdominal diseases, and had me go through expensive and intense testing processes. After seeing him many times over the course of a year (he wouldn't take my pain seriously until after losing 30 Ibs), I went to a different Dr. would did a simple test for infection, which should have been the first step in elimination abdominal pain. Turns out that's all it was! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Dr.Bruce. Worst Dr. I've ever seen.

I’ve been with Dr. Bruce for over 10 years. He’s not one to tell you what you want to hear, rather, he tells you how it is. I think he is one of the best family physicians I’ve had in my history over the past 64 years. He’s always been spot on with my diagnosis, listens to my complaints, is empathetic, but is always honest with me. When I read some of the other reviews, I can honestly say that I’ve never seen him act that way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

He was so arrogant, so unlike my first visit with him. I always take a friend with me to important Dr appts for support and help me remember all that was said. My 1st appt was excellent. My friend & I thought we'd found gold! 2nd visit was total opposite! He wouldn't listen to me and made my friend leave the room! Told me NOT to bring a friend next time. No reason at all that she shouldn't have been there to support me. It's a patient's RIGHT to have someone with her!

Dr. Bruce is the best PCP I’ve had since the family doctor I saw for my entire childhood. He’s not one to sugarcoat, but he is a brilliant physician and I’ll take brilliance over sugarcoating any day. I plan on remaining a patient of Dr. Bruce’s until he decides to retire.

Avoid! Dr. Bruce seems unable to care for patients. Dr. refused to write an Rx for a generic; would only write a name-brand of the same drug! Suggested vitamins instead of Rx. I still had questions to ask, and Dr. walked out anyway! Agreed to a tetanus shot, but never gave it to me, and didn't tell the nurse staff. I ended up having to come back up from the lab blood draw - they said they don't do them there. His nurse didn't mention the side-effects - the next day I had to call in sick to work.

He suggested a sedative to quiet a complaining patient who in no way required sedation. He did not provide any information of value and was quite abrupt and rude in both manner and conversation. He may be a good bright doctor outside of the whole sedating an elderly patient to not have to handle the situation in a professional manner. His bedside manner is atrocious. He was rude to family as well and is the worst mannered physician I've ever witnessed.
