After my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm Dr. Fields recommended a coiling procedure to be done. My husband felt very comfortable with Dr. Fields and I did too until I started looking for reviews online. He does not have much out there, and some of the reviews are very negative which honestly made me feel a little uneasy. But quite honestly when things go well, ppl don’t usually say anything so it makes sense. Anyways, I wanted to put this review out there in case anyone is in the same situation. My heart goes out to anyone who has lost a loved one under his care, he is in a very high risk field, but from what I heard from the nursing staff as my husband was recovering in the ICU, were nothing but good things. Our own experience with him was also very positive. He did a great job fixing my husbands aneurysm and if I had to recommend a neurovascular interventionist for a family member in the future, I would certainly recommend Dr. Fields.

At first we thought we were cnfid not with fields but after about 3 rd surgery on my moms back sh only kept getting worse. The several surgery’s on her back were horrible and she is constan pain daily. Harsh pain worse then when she wen n to begin with. I’ve known several people who have had same procedures done and are just fine. Not my mom she should have never went to fields to have these surgeries. I don’t believe he put any effort into actually finding a way to give her relief in her back but he was quick to just assume he was doing right procedure. After 2 or 3 surgeries that aren’t working he could have took time to see why they weren’t working not 8 surgeries later that now she would rather be dead then tolerate the herific pain she deals with. And can barley walk. So I would not recommend dr fields. At first he acted like he cared after 3rd surgery my mom was just another person to practice on. And now she’s terrified to even go n to any doctor.

Yes I would recommend Dr. Fields. I Had inferior sinus sampling March 1 with Dr. Fields. He is kind, caring, and made me feel as much as ease as I could allow myself with a surgery I was very anxious about. Wonderful surgeon. I feel very lucky to have him. The staff and nurses at Kaiser Sunny Side Hospital all fantastic.

I was very happy with Dr. Fields. He made my back procedure a comfortable experience. I'm usually a big baby with anything to do with needles, etc. Dr. Fields helped ease my anxiety with his information and caring attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
