Dr. Jeremy Lowy, DMD

I saw Dr. Lowy at his highlands office. He comes to this one once or twice a month. He did a gingival graft on my front implant which I had for 20 years, but finally starting to show through the gum and bone and at risk of failure. The surgery took less than 30 minutes, and was completely painless. His hygienist and team were excellent, and took good care of me, and explained post operative instructions well. A couple sutures came out a couple weeks after the graft was done, but he was able to get me in at one of his other locations the following day to take a look. Ultimately, the sutures coming out were normal, and the graft was more than successful. I must state that his is reassurance and care and quick response time instilled even further confidence in his work and professionalism. My graft looks great, and I no longer have this ugly dark spot in the gum where my implant was starting to show through. I wholeheartedly recommend you see Dr. Lowy for any periodontal needs.

Dr. Lowy improved my gum line with gum grafting. I was convinced I was going to lose my bottom teeth. They are no longer loose and my sensitivity is gone. Expect to eat soft foods for a week or two, but the best weight loss plan imaginable.

Dr. Jeremy Lowry placed my two front teeth implants in September. A few months later after the healing phase, I went back to my primary dentist who said it was one of the best implant placements she has seen. After a couple more quick weeks I have teeth that look even better than the ones I came into this world with.

Dr. Lowy fixed several of my failing dental implants I had placed many years ago. One had to be removed and couldn't be saved, but plan to return to have a new one placed in March his competent hands.

Dr. Lowy and his team were incredible for my surgery, from the numbing down to the post operative followup call that night from Dr. Lowy himself. I don't think I've ever had any doctor followup before with me after a procedure. Mostly painless, and the recovery wasn't bad at all. He is quick and efficient, and you can tell he knows how to make what should be a miserable experience as good as possible.

Had some teeth extracted, went really smooth. Assistants were friendly, and doctor very knowledgeable and laid back never felt uncomfortable.

I saw Dr. Lowy as a second opinion following a visit with another periodontist about a year ago ---sorry I am just now getting to this Dr. Lowy-. I did not like the OTHER periodontist's initial attitude or bed side manner. He just told me I needed the procedure, and if I didn't want to have it or pay for it, it wasn't his problem. Dr. Lowy took TIME to thoroughly explain why I needed the pocket reduction flap surgery. Furthermore, his office he works out of part time, Cody Dental Group, was about $3000 less than what the other periodontist quoted me. After the surgery, I had minimal pain, and my pockets reduced from 6's and 7's to 1's and 2's, and I can feel that my teeth feel much STRONGER and LESS loose. There was even a question about my lower left second molar which had an 12 millimeter pocket and he said may need to be removed, but after the surgery, he showed me on the xray where he was able to BUILD BACK MY BONE that was eaten away. I am certainly grateful.

Best dentist I have ever been to. He did a gum graft on me that turned out very well with almost no pain. He also gave me over a thousand dollars off because a friend referred me and I lost my insurance.

My mother, who is 95 with dementia, had to see Dr Lowy for extractions of her remaining 6 teeth which were rotting and causing infection in her jaw bone. She wanted to make sure I left this review because of how thrilled she was with how the appointment went. He was efficient, kind, and in her words, she said he was the most gentle dentist she ever had. I was there to accompany her, and witnessed first hand how skillful he was. I think the whole process of the extractions and cleaning out the infection, took less than 20 minutes. His assistants Paul and Josia were also incredible, in helping to assist my mother (who is also wheel chair bound) and explained everything in detail. And they helped ease my anxiety, I think I was more anxious than my mother, given her age. We were recommended Dr. Lowy by my friend (who is in her early 70's) who had 4 implants placed by him last year. We could not recommend him more. Thank you Doctor.

I had severe periodontal disease and was at risk in losing the majority of my teeth in 5 years or so my dentist said. I could feel several getting looser. He referred me to doc Lowy and he was able to turn everything around with an osseous surgery and bone grafting. It was expensive, but worth it. He rebuilt my bone, and I can feel my teeth have stabilized. He did my entire mouth in 2 hours. I’ve had this done once before in my 30’s (I am now 65) and it took the periodontist 3 hours per quadrant. Doc Lowy is quick and efficient and also thorough. And relatively pain free. His hygienist did my numbing and she was an angel and very gentle. My pockets went from 9’s and 10’s to 3’s and 4’s. (You want them to be low numbers). Thank you doc. I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Lowy took the time to explain my condition and in depth treatment options. I felt comfortable asking all my questions and never once felt rushed. My treatment was completed in a timely fashion. Dr. Lowy has an incredible staff. The hygienist and dental assistants were very friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am excited for my final results.

I had two dental implants placed today by Dr.Lowy. The dental hygienist got me numb and she did a great job. I was not numb all day which I appreciated. The assistant was great and he made sure I didn't taste anything. Dr.Lowy placed the implants efficiently and only took about a little over a hour. I was still able to make it to the movies and didn't have any problems. What a great office and staff!!

Dr. Lowy who is a periodontist, did a full mouth rehabilitation on me due to severe pockets and periodontitis (gum and bone disease). All of my pockets went from 8's and 9's to 3's and only a few 4's! He even showed me where there was significant bone regeneration around my teeth. He said this was unlikely to improve this much prior to the surgery, but we were both delighted and surprised with the outstanding results. Luckily, I should be able to keep my teeth for years to come. My dentist that referred me was also thrilled! I will send patients to him and sing his praises any day of the year.

Had to have several teeth front removed after they were busted in a car accident. Doctor lowy rebuilt my bone, and I was able to get implants which looked amazing after a lengthy 6 month process. I had hardly any pain throughout the hole process. Thank you doc, I recomend him to anybody.

Dr. Lowy did work on my gums due to periodontal disease, and improved all of my deep pockets/bone loss. I no longer have any bleeding! Also he had me take another Oral saliva test, which came back too showing no more bad bacteria after his laser surgery. Thank you doc!

Dr. Lowy extracted my tooth that I fractured which I sustained during a mountain biking accident last summer that couldn't be saved. He was able to replace it right away after the remainder of the tooth and root was taken out, with a dental implant, and bone graft. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes, and I felt zero pain. Even his injections did not hurt, and go figure, that is the part I have always feared and hated the most about going to a dentist. 3 months later, the general dentist at Highlands Dentists who referred me to him restored it with a crown that looks perfect! He also spent time instructing me on how to keep the implant clean, (I think so that bacteria doesn't get down around it and destroy the bone, from what I understand) so that it hopefully lasts the rest of my life. I never anticipated a dental surgery could be done that quickly and painlessly. I'd recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Lowy is a life saver! After years of avoiding the dentist, I had a mouthful of problems. Everything from loose teeth, bone loss, and a failing implant, he fixed it all. Dr. Lowy and his team were kind, educated, professional, compassionate and understanding. His treatment plan was reasonable in cost and he explained everything so that I would know what to expect prior to surgery day. I didn’t feel any pain during the surgery and only a little bit of discomfort afterward (as expected). Dr. Lowy even personally called me that night to make sure I was doing okay. Months after my procedures, I couldn’t be happier with my results and now I smile without embarrassment! Thank you Dr. Lowy!
