Had my right hip replacement done in 2021 and needed a left hip replacement which I had done in February 2023. Both surgeries were a success and within a couple of weeks I was almost back to normal. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

The surgery went well and I healed quickly. I have recommended Dr. Statton and will continue to do so.

In late December of 2021, Dr. Statton performed an anterior total hip replacement on my right hip! I am now a little over a month out and feeling great! I would recommend Dr. Statton and his staff 100%! If you are having issues…. Don’t wait!

Absolutely amazing orthopedic surgeon for me at UofL in 2010!! I was ran over by a pickup truck while on a motorcycle with us both traveling 50+ mph. I got to know him well and the care that he has of his patients during my 37 day stay at the Taj MaUofL! He's an amazing Orthopedic Surgeon!

Dr. Statton is terrific. Had a full right hip replacement in May and so far the results are absolutely amazing. Had a clean and speedy recovery. No complications. My mobility and range of motion get better every day. Additionally my incision scar is barely noticeable. Dr. Statton has changed my life. Thank you! I was also impressed with the Advanced Center for Joint Surgery located in Cumming, GA where I had my surgery. It was great!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience ( I'm currently 3 weeks post opp full hip replacement)... I wasn't prepped for the amount/level of assistance I would require post op. WORSE I am forced to communicate with Paige (the PA) at ALL times through an app- try calling during business hours and no one even knows who your Dr is... Dr Stattons PA left me to suffer through pain for 4 straight days- only 1 week post opp-and she nearly refused PT until I forced the issue asking to be referred OUT of Dr. Stattons practice if I wasn't referred to PT bc of the pain and very tight muscles that need attention ASAP. The straw that broke the camels back was on 4/29/21 I asked Paige for something to treat the contact dermatitis I've been suffering with since surgery and she said "you will have to contact your PCP for that. We do not perscribe for dermatitis.".... WT?? It just keeps getting better... I WISH I knew now what I didn't know 3 weeks ago- I definitely would have made a different decision.

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Statton and his team. No issues with scheduling and recovery has gone well. The Force Therapeutics app used to conduct in home physical therapy by videos was good for me, but maybe not for all. I can see how some patients might be better served by an in home visit from a therapist, so before surgery make sure you choose the right method for you.

My initial visit was reassuring that I had been referred to the best surgeon. The office is pleasant and competent. Dr. Statton was attentive and thorough. I left feeling comfortable that my upcoming surgery would be a total success, and it was!

Dr. Statton did my right hip replacement in Feb of 2017. I was the first surgery of the day and left the hospital by 3pm the same day. I was very pleased with the surgery and recover time, as well as the rehab of only walking. I was so pleased with the procedure that I had my left hip replaced in Oct of 2017. Left the hospital at 2pm that day. Glad I found Dr Statton.

I am so grateful that I had this procedure done. The entire team was superb, caring, compassionate and understanding.

Surgery was much easier than expected, great support from Paige and Amy. I will definitely see Dr. Statton for my “next knee”!

At my first appt. he explained everything in detail as to what my options were. I went with a total knee replacement. After 6 weeks post surgery, I have very little pain and my mobility is great. I couldn't have been more pleased with him and the team that works with him at Northside Hospital. I also want to give a huge thanks to the Physical Therapy team, in how they handle the therapy online. Michael was a huge inspiration as to how he handled my needs.

Dr Statton did a revision on my right knee. Had very little problems. Pain subsided after 3 months. The original knee replacement never had much range of motion. New one is around 100 degrees. When I went in it had 60 degrees. I would recommend Dr Statton over anyone.

Dr.Statton is superb. He listens, suggests alternatives, is patient and calm. I highly recommend him and have referred many to him. You'll be glad you saw him. Worse part? Traffic in Atlanta- not his fault.

Wonderful - professional and personable. I just didn’t what he said and the results have been amazing. And no pain.
