No excuse for this level of incompetence
Dr. T allowed a student to do all of the appointment without supervision. The fellow spent 30 minutes doing nothing but arguing about me only being a patient since Jan & when procedures were done. I've been a patient there for 4 yrs & was seen at this office 7 times 2023. I opened my organizer & corrected him many times. He was lost & disorganized, but kept insisting he was correct while failing to open his laptop. Spent another 10 min arguing over what procedure was to be done because they had booked the wrong procedure. I had to go to the bathroom because I was in tears. When I returned, Dr T had entered the room & said they would do the procedure that I had agreed to. I sat there & cried. I was extremely stressed & upset which of course made recovery difficult. Dr T sent the student to talk to me which mirrored the appt. Couldn't even get a bag of ice afterwards, despite asking repeatedly. Had to listen to student continual arguing while laying there in pain. WILL NEVER RETURN
