Dr. Jerome O'Neil Jr, MD

My daughter has her Covid and flu vaccines here and had a very adverse reaction. Dr. O’Neill, not our regular pediatrician, saw her the follow ing day. He obviously had not read her chart before her came in and was incredibly patronizing, rude, and dismissive . This was not normal reaction, intense nerve pain and it is possible the injection was misplaced. No acknowledgment of that as a possibility, and only when pushed, did he offer the possibility of a referral to specialist. Very disappointing g as other members of this practice have been excellent.

I have been taking my children to Dr. O’Neil for over 21 years. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about my children’s conditions. My oldest child refuses to take his daughter to anyone else. I would recommend the office and Dr. O’ Neil to anyone looking for a great pediatrics practice.

My son saw Dr. O'Neil from age 2 months to 9 months, when we moved away. This practice was amazing. All of the staff was fantastic, we never waited more than 5 minutes, and rarely that. There was fantastic after-hours support, lots of educational and developmental information for each visit and an excellent website that answers a lot of questions. The office was new, clean and very kid-friendly and Saturday hours. They also seemed to schedule well-visits so that there were never sick kids in the waiting room when well babies were coming in. Dr. O'Neil himself was very thorough and never made me feel I was asking too many questions. He was firm in his recommendations but open and supportive of my parenting choices. He is really reassuring and has a relaxed attitude but will call back late at night if you have concerns. More than once he called me back after 10 when we had a minor emergency. I am so sad to have to leave Southwest Pediatrics and Dr. O'Neil.

I would not recommend Dr. O'neil.

We love Dr. O'Neil. He is always present and attentive during office visits. There is some times a bit of a wait to see him, but he is well worth the wait. We are always able to be seen right away for sick visits.The staff is friendly and the other doctors in the practice are pleasant as well.

We have always been treated well with Dr. ONeil. I am more than satistfied.
