Dr. Glassman is an excellent physician but his office is a complete mess. They don't return calls; they are rude; the waiting room is a zoo and it's generally a trying experience to go there. When I tried for months to get a call back to make an appointment, I went to another physician. I made several phone requests to get my records transferred; I filled out a medical records transfer form and faxed it to them; then the office I was going to tried calling several times; No luck. Finally, since they are in the same building, a very helpful and industrious individual from the new office, went down to Dr. Glassman's office and was only allowed to have a couple of the records although I had been going to Dr. Glassman for 15 years.

DR. GLASSMAN IS A GREAT DOCTOR. NEVER ANY COMPLAINTS. RECENTLY, MAKING AN APPT IS THE WORST. MESSAGES LEFT WITH NO CALL BACK; SPEAKING WITH OFFICE STAFF AND HAVING A NOTE AND MESSAGE LEFT, NO CALL BACK, 7 ATTEMPTS. SOUNDS ODD FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE.
