Weird Experience
Felt odd from the start. Lasted about 3 minutes. Scheduled me an appointment for an allergist without asking what day and time worked. Was shoved off, but had to remind staff I was there to get blood work…the main reason I was there. Picked the wrong field to go into.

Horrible experience
No wonder we were able to get an appointment with him immediately. Terribly condescending and rude. I've never been spoken to before like I was with this man. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Dr. Strassburg is the only one in this group that we've had a positive experience with. The others aren't worth wasting your time with. We are dealing with end of life issues with ailing parents, and this guy just made a bad situation worse. Terrible shame the people like this are allowed to deal with the public. I'm sure he's a fine doctor, but his bedside manner is nothing short of attrocious.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I agreed to see the man. The next day appointment should have alerted me of something. In my 65 years I have not witnessed a doctor as rude, condescending, arrogant, argumentative or unprofessional as this guy. I will not be returning for another appointment. Nor would I recommend him to anyone. I wonder how he can even be on the staff at any medical center.

I have seen many doctors in my past. I had just moved back to the Mobile area from Hawaii and was looking for a doctor in the area to hopefully feel comfortable with. This doctor I would have to say has the worst bed side manner of any doctor I have ever seen in my life. He instantly gave me an uncomfortable feeling and he comes off as not very caring about anything that may be bothering you. I left the office very confused and also found out that he just dished me off to another doctor for

After having been a patient of Dr.Arnolds for over two years, I will not be back! Enough of the appointments that take two hours. He is arrogant and condescending, and there is poor communication when trying to get refills. Sometimes you have to pick it up downstairs, other times on the third floor, and other times on the second floor. And usually 5 days is not enough advance notice to get the scrip and have it filled before you run out entirely. DO NOT GO TO J GRAY ARNOLD

Dr Arnold was not interested at all about what I was going through. As a RN, I get it! My advice to him is to go into some type of practice that doesn't require empathy!! I will not be back. If a doctor has a lot of appointments open that might be a clue.

Didn't listen to me well. I waited 40 minutes in the exam room for him to see me. I could hear him laughing and joking with staff outside the door instead of seeing patients. When he did come in, it didn't even look like he had reviewed my chart, didn't examine me. Talked to me 2 minutes at the most, then said glad you are feeling better(which I wasn't and never told him that), and I'll see you in a few months, and left the room. I'm switching doctors or going to another group.
