Dr. Jerry Lin, DO

I have a lot going on with my body & pain. I have been in several bad car accidents over 10yrs ago but they left their mark. I also have fibromyalgia, neck & back issues. He worked with me trying to help me avoid going on pain meds because that was the last choice for me. Unfortunately the time came & he was great. He listens, explains & helps you figure out the options. His medical assistant is also amazing! If it wasn't for her helping me with ins, prior authorizations & all that fun stuff I would not of gotten what I needed. This is the best office I've been to in ME out of all my Drs I see. I moved to ME in 2018 & finding any good Dr here is hard. Even more so after COVID..this office didn't change at all. They still put the patient first.

Down to earth, attentive and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend him as he has helped me tremendously! I was in terrible pain before treatment and now I am virtually pain free without the use of opioids, narcotics, or any other mood or mind altering drug. I am grateful to have been referred to him!

I am a 75 year old woman who was in intensive pain. Because I looked and acted fine my primary care physician refused to believe me. Although I knew nothing about Physiatry except what I'd heard, I thought it was a good idea to make an appointment. The luck of the draw sent me to Dr. Jerry Lin. From the moment I met Dr. Lin he wanted to know about my pain - everything about my pain. He's never rushed me when I'm trying to describe something and he's never made me feel dumb - even when he has to explain something to me more than once. Dr. Lin is extremely professional but at the same time you can feel his compassion through his kindness and interest in wanting to help you. You know the paper you fill out telling the Doctor about your pain level, symptoms, etc? Well, Dr. Lin actually reads them! He saw something that I had written, we spoke briefly, he sent me to the hospital and I was operated on the next morning! Would I recommend Dr. Lin? Without a doubt, he's wonderful.

After months of suffering from low back pain and with no definitive findings from other doctors, I was referred to Dr. Lin. He successfully found a disc tear at my L5-S1 spine. With treatment, and over time, the pain has become manageable and often, not present. He also treated my mid-thoracic for chronic scapula pain with success. Being retired, I know that age brings on problems, but at least I can function rather normally without pain interfering with my lifestyle. I highly recommend Dr. Lin. He listens to me and explains in detail the procedures involved.

I found Dr. Lin to be an excellent Dr. helped me to be able to have quality of life back by reducing my pain to a level that I could function again and not be home-bound. I'm trying to hook back up with Dr. Lin, I just found out he's in Augusta, I called and got an app. I would recommend Dr. Lin to my family and friends. I liked the way he would sit and explain things to me , also if something didn't work we would try something else. My app. were always on time and Dr. Lin was very thorough

I have been seeing Dr.LIn for a bit over a year and couldn't be happier. I will be more than happy to make the extra miles to remain under his care.
