It's ironic to me that Dr. Nein has had disciplinary action due to substance abuse because the way he treats patients with the same issue is horrifying. I was an IV drug user who nearly died from going septic because of an infection caused by a puncture wound. I told them honest facts about why I was sick and what it was from. I sat writhing in pain for nearly 4 hours. He told his nurses to let me suffer it out cause that's what I deserved. I heard this as I cried and begged for them to help me. So I find it so hypocritical that I was treated this way considering his history. The looks on the nurses faces were so helpless and apologetic towards me. It's a shame that such a nice, small, community hospital has patients that are treated this way. I will never go back here again simply because of Dr. Be in.
