Outstanding doc. Knowledgeable and engaging. He listened to my concerns and gave me excellent advice on treating my MPN. He has some differences of opinion on some topics from other MPN experts, but his opinions are well thought out and based in research and experience.

Great knowledge and expertise. Dr Spivak is one of the leading experts in polycythemia and other blood disorders. Patients are coming to see him from all over the country. He takes time with each patient and recommends the most comprehensive treatments and explains all possible results and options

Awful. His arrogance was astounding. He wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him Was a total waste of time. I cried all the way home.
