Dr. Tolbert is an exceptional physician, I have several medical problems, I see several other specialists, he keeps on top of what treatment I am receiving, all the test results and includes me in any changes to treatment. He listens to my concerns about any new issues I might have and what type treatment, if any were necessary. Dr. Tolbert is a credit to the Christ Hospital Health Care.

Unacceptable attitude towards Medicare patients. During my first visit with Dr. Tolbert he spent approximately 25% of his time complaining about Medicare insurance and patients that complained about his treatment practices. After some time with Dr. Tolbert amid a deteriorating relationship with him, I decided to move on and am much happier for those efforts. If you are on Medicare this is not the Dr. for you. Keep searching, there are much better choices in physicians out there that are available.

Always has time, listens and HEARS what you are saying. Explains so you understand. Fabulous bedside manner. Very compassionate. . Literally saved my life. 3 years dealing with other docs... 3 months with Dr J and I had a diagnosis. I only wish I had been seeing him for many years. Would recommend everyone to go to him. He is that awesome

Dr Tolbert is an excellent Dr. He listens to your situation without rushing you. He goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are addressed. I have zero complaints!!

He treats patients as Expendable. He does not reply to messages. He is lazy, apathetic, unreliable, and he abandons patients for no reason. Avoid him. I was a patient of Dr. Jerry Tolbert for over three years. He has charisma. It is a small practice. No problem if you just need prescriptions. However, when I very suddenly developed serious loss of the use of my legs, his Christ Hospital network failed me. I complained to the KY licensing folks after he refused to fill my medications.

I am so lucky to find such a great doctor. He listened thoroughly to all my health concerns. Ordered many tests. A serious health concern was discovered which resulted in surgery. I am feeling much better and I am thankful to Dr. Tolbert for helping to improve my health.
