Terrible bedside manners. He was uninterested in my issues, doubted my diagnosis even thought it was on my chart, and quick to get me out. Three of my family members see him also and we won’t be back. For a “Christian” guy, I was shocked and disheartened. Think twice before seeing this guy.

Dr. Samuel is our primary care provider and he is always, always there for us and we just appreciate him so much. He is a blessing and we appreciate him and his team. Thank you.

Dr. Samuel is a good family doctor. He's professional, courteous and makes you feel seen. My husband and I have liked our singular encounter with him. While we may no longer be using Mercy Hospital due to our consistent poor experiences with the hospital system as a whole, we highly recommend Dr Samuel as a Physician. He's calm under pressure and would even walk you to the door after your appointment. He's truly remarkable. He's my best experience with a Physician by far! Glad to have met him.

Had a great visit! Even though this was my first visit, I felt like we had been friends for a long time. Dr Samuel is very down to earth but obviously very intelligent. I plan to take my kids to see him as well!

I have never had a primary doctor before an usually avoid doctors unless absolutely necessary. Well, that time came and Dr. Samuel was recommended. I was nervous because I am very private, but he immediately made me feel comfortable and truly listened to everything, which was a lot. I highly recommend you make an appointment, if you want someone that actually listens.

Dr Jesse Samuel’s office is very unorganized. Setup a follow up visit for treated pneumonia and to establish him as my new primary care doctor. Calls just hours before the visit to cancel because he has decided he’s not taking new patients. Doesn’t matter if the appointment was made in person at his office, well in advance, and that his PA treated me for pneumonia previously. I cleared my work calendar to make this appointment and he didn’t even seem to care when asked by Carla his receptionist!!! HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He doesn’t want to compromise and make things “right” even when the mistake was on his end. It appears he doesn’t seem to care about closure for patient illnesses initially treated under his watch!!! I have been a patient in the Mercy system for many years. This the worst I have ever been treated! Maybe it’s time for a move.

Dr. Samuel has gone out of his way to help me on many levels. He is compassionate, sincere, and very thorough in his approach. This doctor gives you his undivided attention and has a fantastic bedside manner, you can tell he truly cares for his patients. He puts his heart into his profession and actually takes the time to listen and then acts. I drive over two hours one way to see him because he is the best doctor I’ve ever found. You can’t put a price on a doctor who takes all your concerns (no matter how big or small) seriously. Thank you Dr. Samuel!

Dr. Samuel is so great! Very personable, great bedside manner. Shakes my hand before and after appointment, listens to all my concerns and offers advice. I feel very comfortable with him and not judged. I highly recommend him, keep up the great work! :)
