Dr. Cox was my doctor for about 2 years. She was definitely the best doctor that I have had. She was very professional and attentive and listened to my concerns. She was very good at her job, everytime she sent me for a test, it was a spot on for what she thought the problem was. I don't know why she left, but I definitely miss her. She was very thorough, I appreciated that!!

Dr Cox was an excellent doctor. She was very attentive to what you had to say and understanding. My husband and I both were thoroughly impressed with her. We are very sorry she has left SE Primary Care. She leaves big shoes to fill.

She is not friendly. I had all my tests done in May, 2019. All good. Went in Dec, 2019 for earache. Called to have my blood pressure scrip refilled in Feb, 2020, was denied until I came in to see the dr. Who does that? Blood pressure medication! They could have called me and told me they would fill one month and had to make an appointment. I have never had this happen to myself or anyone in my family. I'll never go back to her.

First visit went well. Dr. took the time to listen and explain. She agreed to prescribe and continue current medications. However, when refills of my medications were needed, staff was nonresponsive for weeks and Cox suddenly decided she didn't want to refill medications. It took a huge amount of time and involved SE Health administration to get her to do her job. This happened twice, so now I have a new dr. If you don't need meds, give her a try. If you do, find someone else.

Has had a very awful experience the last three appointments. Her bedside manner disposition and reactions are intrusive because of her facial expressions and continuous paraverbals when you are talking with her she makes you feel extremely uncomfortable and makes you feel like a complete idiot. She continues with her eye-rolling putting her head to the floor and shaking her head no when communicating with her. You literally walk out of there feeling like an imbecile

She was so thorough! She took time to listen to my concerns. I really felt she heard me and was a Professional Advocate for my well being. She explained procedures in terms that I could understand. The next day her staff CALLED ME with my test results. I look forward to Dr. Jessica Cox being my primary physician for many years to come!
