Cold and careless. Wait time was over an hour, procedure was excruciatingly painful because she refused to wait for pain killer to set in, then chastised me harshly for reacting.

Extremely careless - should have license revoked
Ms. Forbus performed my biopsy and it was excrutiatingly painful despite the novacaine. She refused to let the novacaine sink in because she was running late. She also missed crucial issues on my biopsy and I now have to pay the consequences.
